Where do you ship your stickers?

I currently ship worldwide, with the exception of countries in the European Union, and a select number of countries with service suspensions. You can check which countries my postal service, Australia Post, delivers to and the estimated delivery times in this destination guide.

Domestic orders have the option of being shipped as a tracked Standard or Express parcel, or for smaller orders, via untracked letter mail. The letter mail option is to provide a low-cost option for my fellow Australians. However, I will not refund lost orders sent by letter mail. Once I give them to the post office, it is out of my control, so please double-check your address and details when you make your order. If your order is not worth the risk, I suggest choosing tracked shipping. I offer free tracked shipping when you make a domestic order of $75 AUD or more.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order and size of the item. I appreciate the cost of shipping from down under to the rest of the world can be enormous. As such, I offer free shipping for all international orders above:

  • $110 USD
  • $150 CAD
  • £85 GBP
  • $180 NZD
  • $160 AUD for other countries

Please reach out to me via hello@tinytigercollective.com if you are not in the EU or a suspended country, but cannot find your country in the shipping menu.

If I find after processing your order that I am unable to send mail to your country, you will be contacted and given a full refund, which will take a few business days to process.

Why do you not ship to the EU?

At this time, I am unable to ship orders to countries within the European Union due to the requirements of the EU’s import regulations. As a small business, I’m not yet able to apply the additional compliance and registration processes these rules require. I truly appreciate the interest from customers in the EU, and I hope to offer shipping to your region in the future as my shop grows. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting small creators.

How long will orders take to process?

Orders usually take 3–5 business days to process. I am one woman packaging every order on my own, so please bear with me if things take a little longer during busy periods.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic Delivery (Australia): 3–7 business days
International Delivery: 2–8 weeks

Please bear in mind that the time it takes for your order to arrive will include both the processing time (from the question above) and the shipping time listed here.

A more accurate delivery estimate will be provided to you at the checkout page for your specific location, after you enter your postal address.

Will I have to pay taxes, customs, or tariffs?

All orders for the United States will have the Duties, Taxes, and Pre-paid Brokerage (DDP) included at checkout. This means for my U.S. customers, the price you pay at checkout is the final price, and you will not receive any surprise bills.

I will cover VAT for all orders to the United Kingdom of £135 or less. Please note that as the "importer", you will be liable for VAT and customs duty on orders above £135.

For all other countries, you will be responsible for any customs fees/taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays or losses that may occur due to customs.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. Please email me at hello@tinytigercollective.com with your order number as soon as you can. Please note that after I cancel your order, the refund may take a few business days to process.

How do I seek an exchange or refund?

Refunds and exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving of your order. Please review the full refund/exchange policy here.

An item I want is sold out — will you restock it?

I will strive to restock products within 4–8 weeks. When the item you want is sold out, please enter your email address on the product page, and you will be notified when it is back in stock. And thank you for your interest!

How should I care for my stickers?

Your stickers are printed on premium clear matte material. They are water-resistant and pretty hardy for sticker sheets, however, to ensure longevity, I would recommend keeping them in a dry area outside of high heat and direct sunlight.

When humidity is high (like where I live here on the Gold Coast), the sticker sheets have a tendency to curl slightly. This does not affect the quality or performance of the stickers, and is simply a result of the humidity affecting the sticker layer and backing paper differently. The sticker sheets will relax when the humidity in the environment decreases. If the curling bothers you, I recommend keeping your sheets in a dry, airtight storage box, or tucking them into your books.

Are my stickers removable?

After applying, your stickers will unfortunately not be removable without damaging the paper underneath. In the future, I would love to be able to offer alternative material options, such as washi paper, that will provide a thin, removable option. Can you customize my stickers?

At the present moment, I’m unable to offer character customizations to standard sticker orders. If you do not find that my range of 12 characters adequately represents your child, I would be interested in hearing what features you wish to see. Although I don’t currently have the capacity to add new characters while I’m just starting out my business, if I regularly receive requests for certain features, I’d love to be able to expand my character offerings in the future.

I am nevertheless delighted to offer some customization options for wholesale orders. If you are a fellow businessowner and you would like to make an order of single stickers or sticker sheets for commercial use (e.g., retail sale or marketing), I can customize the sticker designs for your business for free (e.g., change palette to your brand colors, add your logo, business name, and/or contact details) if you make a minimum order of 100 stickers/sticker sheets.

Please note that this is a customization service, not an art commission, meaning I will make minor alterations to my existing designs, but not create a new illustration completely to your specifications.

What is The Cub Club?

The Cub Club is the name of my monthly mailing list for Tiny Tiger Collective. You can sign up using the form at the bottom of this page or the pop-ups you might have found while browsing my store. As a thank you for joining, subscribers receive a 10% off code to use on your first order. After that, the monthly messages will provide sneak peeks of upcoming collections, exclusive promotions for members, and reminders and resources to care for yourself.

What are Paw Prints?

Paw Prints are the points you earn every time you choose to shop at my store. You get some bonus points when you first sign up for the program and then earn 1 Paw Print for every $1 you spend. These can be collected and redeemed for coupons (both $ amounts and % off discount codes) as a small way for me to recognize your continued support.

You can also use the program to refer your friends who you think might love some Tiny Tiger Collective stickers. Your friend will receive a 10% off discount code for their order, and once they place their first order, you’ll receive some extra Paw Prints as a thank you.
